When it comes to designing your dream home, we start by virtually walking our clients through some of our custom homes to learn what they like and dislike. Seeing other custom homes that showcase unique features… helps to create the perfect vision – your vision! We want to discuss all of your ideas and learn more about your desired dream spaces to complement your lifestyle in order to begin our design process and work together to create the perfect plan for you.
At NuVision Builders, we offer a number of home styles and floorplans to choose from as a starting points. The possibilities of what can be added, how the rooms are laid out, and the amenities that go into your home are limited only by your imagination.
We will work together to ensure your new home is built to our superior standards. Our team is available every step of the way.

STAGE 2
Design
After our initial consultation, our NuVision Builders architectural team goes to work designing your beautiful, new custom home.
Our goal is to make this an enjoyable experience by creating exciting spaces that you’ll love based on creating innovative, functional and versatile design options. We take into consideration your lifestyle and how you want to live, with options for flex space, large family gatherings or entertaining, home office or study, and private space for the kids.
By having access to our design showroom with a variety of options to exceed your expectations, we’re proud to say that designing a custom NuVision Builders dream home with our team is always the right choice.
Our preferred green building standards are our recommended way of building and will increase the value of your home and your living quality within the home. As the area’s only LEED AP Certified residential builders, we focus on maximized storm resistance, energy savings, water efficiency and improved indoor air quality.

We build our homes using innovative technologies, while putting design creativity and skilled craftsmanship to work to customize the home to your preferred specifications and standards. We bring our team together to create actual working drawings paired with our high-quality construction standards.
